3. CONCEPT
- Preparation of designer's 3D collages where you can see the main textures, pieces of furniture and the arrangement of complex interior elements
- Due to time constraints, it will be an initial draft presentation. the visualization might be a surprise but it makes any changes and adjustment to the initial draft design efficiently and effectively which will save a lot of time for both parties
4. VISUALIZATION
- Photorealistic 3D visualization, which convey all the design concept with high accuracy of what the end product will look like, so that you can be sure of your final decisions
5. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENT
- A set of construction documents during the design development phase
6. QUANTITATIVE AND SPECIFICATION
- A complete list of equipment, lighting, decoration, furniture with prices and quantities, in order to understand the overall budget of the project
- Furniture & home decoration shopping with guided and personal shopping trips
- Communicate with suppliers in case of manufacturing error or defective materials, exchange or return of goods as needed
7. SUPERVISION
- Project management
- Monitor the quality of works
- Ensure the quality and safety of equipment, lighting, decoration and furniture
- Site / facility evaluations & selection
